First what is adsense …
Google AdSense is a free service offered by Google for publishers to monetize their web content. A publisher can be anyone with a blog, Website, Youtube channel or other allowed online property. AdSense has always been most popular ways to monetize the content & stepping stone for people who want to earn online. What Is AdSense?
Many newbies always wonder and frequently ask this question. So what is AdSense? It is a program that was launched by Google Inc in 2003 to help share advertising revenue with web publishers like you. Though Google AdSense is not a get-rich-quick program, it is the best way to monetize your website traffic.
Google like any other online business, makes a huge chunk of its money through advertising. Advertising revenues run into billions of dollars each year worldwide.
AdSense is one of the most convenient ways to make additional money from your website.
All you do is copy some code into your site to display the ads, and you earn every time someone clicks. You may also earn from impressions in some cases.
All this is derived from a program they call AdWords (pay per click marketing).
You often see these ads displayed above the free/organic results and along the right side of the page on Google.com.
AdSense is an auction-based system that allows advertisers to compete for those spots. Whomever has the highest bid and most "quality" ad, gets the top spot and so forth.
It's a great program that can help drive additional income to your website, and it's really best for websites that are mainly content driven.
The more content you have, the more Google can get a sense for what your site is about and better match the ads to your website.

Now how to earn with it…….

Your CTR is 1% and your average CPC is $0.25. It’s quite achievable and lots of bloggers usually get it. We also assume that Page View = Ad Impression for easy calculation. You can manipulate the parameters on your own for desired results.
To make $100 everyday you need 40,000 Page Views/day Or, 400 Clicks a day @ 1% CTR and $0.25 CPC. For 40,000 Page Views you have to produce 500 awesome articles or blog posts which attract at least 80 or more page views/article everyday.
Apart from CPC, you will also earn from your CPM ad impressions. Irrespective of any niche, the average CPM earning is $1 to $1.5 per 1,000 impressions. You can make $40 to $60 per day easily from 40,000 page views.

Google Adsense works in a pretty straight forward way that is simple and easy to understand.
Google Inc runs another program for advertisers known as Google AdWords.
Many a times advertisers advertize online through Google. Before their pieces of advertisement are shown on any site, they have to bid for advertising space and pay for it.
For advertisers to advertise with Google, they have to sign up for Google AdWords. This is where they create, bid for ad space and pay for the ads. The higher the demand for advertising space the more expensive it gets.
After the ads have been created, Google will show some of the ads on their search results pages and some of the websites that use Google AdSense.
If for example an advertiser paid $100 for 1000 clicks, it means that each click will cost $0.1/click. If a person clicks on these ads when displayed on your site, that's what you earn. This is the AdSense revenue for Google and AdSense earnings for a publisher like you who uses Google AdSense.

How much you can earn………..

The commission you receive per click depends on how much advertisers are paying Google for the particular ad. You will earn a share of that amount.  I've heard of earnings anywhere from 2 cents to $15 per click.
For  example, if you see that you've made $12.60 today from 9 clicks then you can calculate that your average click-thru commission was $1.40 per click.  That's as detailed as their stats will get.  Also remember, that's only an average.  You won't know how much each specific ad brought in.
Page CTR ;This is the number of counted valid Ad clicks divided by the number of page views on a particular web page showing AdSense Ads.
Page CPC ;Cost Per Click (CPC) is the amount of earnings you get each time a user clicks on the Ads on your site. There is no general rule on how much you can earn per click.
Page Impressions (PI) ;Page Impressions is the number of times your Google AdSense Ads are viewed. Google AdSense counts PI each time a user views the page displaying the Ads. 1 PI per view (regardless of the number of Ads shown on the page.

Required things for adsense……..
    You must be over 18yrs.
Your website must be up and running.
Your site must have rich content for advertisers (at least 30 pages).
Your site must get good organic traffic.
